Subject to stock availability. We try to maintain accurate stock counts on our website but from time-to-time there may be a stock discrepancy and we will not be able to fulfill all your items at time of purchase. In this instance, we will fulfill the available products to you, and contact you about whether you would prefer to await restocking of the backordered item or if you would prefer for us to process a refund.
We offer FREE worldwide shipping within 7 - 14 days, unless states otherwise at checkout.
Generally, orders shipped are in transit for 7 - 14 days. Every now and then, an item may be abnormally delayed. In this event, we will keep you up to date with your package and its movements.
Please note, we are unable to refund delayed parcels in any event. If the item does not show up/is considered lost, then you will be entitled to a full refund. However, we do expect for the parcel to arrive. If after delivery, you no longer want the item, you're entitled to our 14 day refund/return policy.
Please note: 99% of orders are delivered successfully, without delay.
Due to the current global pandemic, logistics have been backlogged causing delays in shipping times. We're currently shipping directly from our manufacturer overseas to save shipping time as we cannot large hold large amounts of stock in New Zealand as they previously came via SeaFreight. In the event that we are closed and unable to ship we will ship your orders at the earliest time possible. In the meantime, orders are still being processed and going out daily. Please allow for extra time on your deliveries if the situation progresses. We reserve the right to extend delivery time in the events out of our control.
Orders are usually dispatched within 2 business days of payment of order.
Change Of Delivery Address
For change of delivery address requests, we are able to change the address at any time before the order has been dispatched.
Delivery Time Exceeded
If delivery time has exceeded the forecasted time, please contact us so that we can conduct an investigation.
Process for parcel damaged in-transit
We will process a refund or replacement as soon as the courier has completed their investigation into the claim.
Upon dispatch, customers will receive a tracking link from which they will be able to follow the progress of their shipment based on the latest updates made available by the shipping provider.
